Refund policy

Returns & 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Clyr experience. If your Clyr Filtered Shower Head is not right for you, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.

To begin a return, email hello@clyrskin.com with your order number. Returns must be approved before being shipped and must include the shower head and all included accessories. The product may be used for normal in-home testing but cannot be damaged through misuse, improper installation, excessive wear, or unauthorized modification.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on satisfaction-based returns. Clyr Skin will cover return shipping if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

For hygiene and safety, opened or used replacement filter cartridges are final sale. Unopened replacement filters may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Gift cards and items marked final sale are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return has been received and inspected. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled before the next order is processed. Orders that have already been processed are subject to this return policy.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through clyrskin.com and does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
