We want you to feel confident trying CLYR. If your CLYR Filtered Shower Head isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.

Starting a Return

To begin a return, email hello@clyrskin.com with your order number and our team will help you with the next steps.

All returns must be approved before being shipped back to us and must include the shower head and all included components and accessories.

We encourage you to actually try your CLYR. The shower head may be installed and used normally during the 60-day period. Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, excessive wear, or unauthorized modification may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on satisfaction-based returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If confirmed, CLYR Skin will cover the cost of making it right.

Original and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.

Replacement Filters

For hygiene and product integrity, opened or used replacement filter cartridges are final sale.

Unused and unopened replacement filters may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Gift cards and products marked as final sale are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Filter subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time before your next order is processed.

Once a subscription order has been processed, it is subject to the return policy above.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through clyrskin.com.

Purchases made through other retailers or marketplaces are subject to the return policies of the original place of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
